　　3、 Structure:

　　1. The sensor includes a vortex generator, detection element, rectifier, and housing.

　　The vortex generator is composed of specific spiral blades, which are fixed at the front end of the shell contraction section, forcing the fluid to generate strong vortex flow.

　　The detection element is installed near the throat of the expansion tube, and the frequency signal of vortex precession can be measured using thermal, piezoelectric, strain, capacitive, or fiber optic detection elements.

　　The rectifier is fixed at the outlet of the flowmeter body, and its function is to eliminate vortex flow to reduce the impact of downstream flow state on instrument measurement.

　　The shell is designed as a flow channel with a certain shape to form vortices, fix and protect the components installed inside, and connect them to the pipeline through flanges.

　　2. Conversion display instrument

　　The weak voltage signal detected by the piezoelectric sensor is amplified, filtered, and shaped into a pulse signal whose frequency is proportional to the flow rate, and then counted and displayed by the display instrument. The display device is equipped with an output interface to output various signals. The measured gas medium can be compensated for temperature and pressure, converted to volumetric flow rate under standard conditions, and displayed.

　　4、 Installation:

　　On site installation and maintenance must comply with the warning message "Do not open the lid when there is explosive gas", and turn off the external power before opening the lid.

　　2. The selection should be within the specified flow range to prevent overspeed operation, in order to achieve ideal accuracy and ensure normal service life.

　　To prevent damage to pipelines and instruments caused by instantaneous airflow impact, the front valve should be slowly opened before the flowmeter is put into operation, and then the rear valve should be slowly opened. After running the small flowmeter for 1-2 minutes and the instrument is running normally, the rear valve should be fully opened. When closing the valve, it should be slowly closed first and then the valve should not be suddenly closed.

　　4. It is not allowed to open the back cover or change the internal parameters of the flowmeter at will during operation, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the flowmeter.

　　5. Do not loosen the fixed part of the flowmeter at will.
