      1、 Overview:

      2、 Main features:

      3、 Structure:

      1. Shell

      It is equipped with flanges and fluid channels of a certain shape. Depending on the working pressure, the shell material can be cast aluminum alloy or stainless steel.

      2. Converter

      It consists of temperature and pressure detection analog channels, flow detection digital channels, as well as microprocessor units, LCD driver circuits, and other auxiliary circuits, and is equipped with output signal interfaces.

      3. Temperature sensor

      Using Pt100 platinum resistor as a temperature sensitive element, its resistance value corresponds to temperature within a certain temperature range.

      4. Pressure sensor

      The piezoresistive diffusion silicon bridge is used as the sensitive element, and its bridge arm resistance will undergo expected changes under external pressure. Therefore, under a certain excitation current, the potential difference between its two output terminals is proportional to the external pressure.

      5. Piezoelectric crystal sensor

      Installed at the throat near the expansion section of the shell, it can detect the frequency signal of vortex precession.

      6. Racemizer

      Fixed at the outlet section of the shell, its function is to eliminate vortex flow and reduce the impact on downstream instrument performance.

      7. Vortex generator

      Made of aluminum alloy, spiral blades with a certain angle are fixed at the front of the shell contraction section, forcing the fluid to generate strong vortex flow.

      4、 Installation:

      1. There should be no strong external magnetic field interference or strong mechanical vibration around the flowmeter. Before installation, the environmental conditions should be reviewed according to its usage requirements for normal use;

      When installing the flowmeter outdoors, there should be a cover on the upper part to prevent rainwater from entering and direct sunlight from affecting the service life of the flowmeter;

      3. The flowmeter can be installed at any angle, and the direction of fluid flow should be consistent with the direction indicated on the housing. There should be straight pipe sections of 10DN and 5DN upstream and downstream of the flowmeter, respectively;

      4. The flowmeter should be installed coaxially with the pipeline, and the flange screw hole connection should be parallel to the pipeline axis to prevent sealing gaskets and grease from entering the pipeline cavity;

      5. If necessary, a filter can be installed upstream of the flowmeter to filter out particles and debris in the medium;

      6. The casing of the flowmeter volume correction device is equipped with grounding screws, which must be reliably grounded according to the specified requirements during use, but must not share the grounding wire with the high-voltage system; When installing or testing on pipelines, it is not allowed to overlap the grounding wire of the welding system with the flow grounding wire;

      7. During use, users are not allowed to change the connection method of the explosion-proof system or arbitrarily modify the various lead interfaces. The outer diameter of the incoming cable is 8-8.5mm, and the remaining entry holes should be plugged for sealing.
