3、 Installation:
This product can measure various corrosive liquids such as acids, alkalis, salts, etc; Various flammable and explosive media; Various industrial wastewater, pulp, mud, etc. Electromagnetic flow meters cannot be used to measure gases, vapors, and liquids containing large amounts of gas. Cannot be used to measure liquid media with low conductivity, and cannot measure high-temperature and high-pressure fluids.
Integrated type: Under favorable on-site and environmental conditions, an integrated type is generally chosen, which means that the sensor and converter are assembled into one unit.
Separated type: The sensor and converter are installed separately in different locations, and the separated type is generally selected when the following situations occur.
(1) The ambient temperature or the radiation temperature on the surface of the flowmeter converter exceeds 60 ℃.
(2) In situations where pipeline vibration is significant.
(3) In situations where the aluminum casing of the sensor is severely corroded.
(4) In places with high humidity or corrosive gases on site.
(5) Flow meters are installed in places where high-altitude or underground debugging is inconvenient.
