　　This product is a precision flow measurement instrument that can be used to measure the flow rate and total amount of liquids when paired with corresponding flow accumulation instruments.

　　1、 Working principle:

　　The turbine inside the sensor rotates under the action of fluid, causing a change in the magnetic field of the signal detector. Therefore, an alternating voltage is induced in the coil of the signal detector, which is amplified, filtered, and shaped by an amplifier to output a square wave signal. The frequency of this signal voltage is directly proportional to the speed of the impeller, that is, directly proportional to the flow rate (velocity) of the fluid.

　　3、 Installation:

　　1. Insufficient length of upstream and downstream straight pipe sections;

　　2. The deviation between the inner diameter of the instrument measuring tube and the inner diameter of the piping is large;

　　3. Install non concentric seals protruding into the pipe;

　　4. Reverse installation of instrument flow direction;

　　5. The detection component is covered by impurities;

　　6. Reduced detection sensitivity, small flow leakage meter;

　　7. Pipeline leakage (such as underground pipelines where small leaks are not detected), valve leakage, and bypass valve leakage result in a relatively small cumulative flow (total amount);

　　8. The presence of two-phase flow and pulsating flow affects accurate measurement.

　　5. Using EEPROM for power down protection of accumulated flow and instrument coefficient. The protection period is greater than 10 years.
