      This product has a protection level of IP65 and is suitable for measuring natural gas, dry coal gas, compressed air, etc. It is widely used in measurement and control systems in the fields of petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, scientific research, etc.

      1、 Characteristics:

      3、 Installation:

      1. Before installation, the pipeline must be blown clean to prevent residual iron filings from affecting the normal operation of the flowmeter.

      2. Before installation, if the turbine can rotate flexibly without irregular noise when blown by a small airflow, and the counting rotation is normal without any interruption or jamming, then the flowmeter can be installed and used.

      3. During installation, a sealing gasket should be added between the flange and the pipeline flange.

      4. A filter should be installed in front of the gas flowmeter, and an oil filter should be installed in places with dirty gas. Before placing an order, users can also place an order with our company. It is strictly prohibited to directly connect the filter and flowmeter.

      5. Stop valves should be added before and after installation.

      6. There should be no protrusions connected to the flange joint inside the pipeline.

      7. When installing natural gas flow meters, it is strictly prohibited to directly weld at the inlet and outlet flanges to avoid burning out the internal parts of the flow meter.

      8. Installed in a location that is easy to maintain, free from strong electromagnetic interference, mechanical vibration, and thermal radiation effects.

      9. Not suitable for use in situations where flow is frequently interrupted and there are strong pulsations or pressure fluctuations.

      10. When installing outdoors, there should be a cover on the upper part to prevent rainwater from entering and direct sunlight from affecting the service life of the flowmeter.

      11. It can be installed horizontally or vertically, and the direction of fluid flow should be consistent with the direction marked on the shell. There should be a straight pipe section of not less than 10Dn upstream of the flowmeter, and a straight pipe section of not less than 5Dn behind the meter.
