      LZB-32 glass rotor flowmeter lined with PTFE

      1. Overview:

      This product has the characteristics of high sensitivity, wide measurement range, and easy use and maintenance. The connection method of the instrument is flange connection. A flowmeter that uses changes in flow cross-section to measure non turbid and non pulsating liquid or gas flow under constant pressure conditions.

      2、 Principle and Structure:

      The glass float flowmeter mainly consists of a conical glass tube that expands from bottom to top and a float that moves up and down with the flow rate of the fluid. When the fluid flows through the conical tube from bottom to top, the lift S generated by the kinetic energy of the fluid on the float and the buoyancy A of the fluid cause the float to rise. When the sum of the lift S and buoyancy A is equal to the weight G of the float itself, the float is in equilibrium and stable at a certain height position. The scale on the conical tube indicates the flow rate value of the fluid.

      4、 Installation:

      Before installation, it is necessary to verify the maximum allowable working temperature and pressure of the instrument, which cannot be lower than the maximum temperature and pressure of the fluid being measured in the pipeline. The scale range of the instrument should comply with the flow rate variation range of the fluid being measured.

      2. The rotor flowmeter must be installed vertically. The fluid flows through the instrument from bottom to top for measurement.

      3. The rotor flowmeter should be installed in a place without vibration and easy to maintain, with reliable support, and should not receive any tension or pressure from the pipeline.

      When used for dirty fluids, the measured fluid may mix with oil particles, etc., and a filter must be installed upstream of the instrument. Especially for instruments with small diameters (below ф 25mm), they are very sensitive to dirt and must consider the issue of filtering in front of the instrument. When there may be ferromagnetic impurities in the measured fluid, a magnetic filter should be installed in front of the instrument. Measuring dirty fluids requires frequent flushing of the instrument.

      5. The upstream (inlet end) of the flowmeter should have a straight pipe section with a nominal diameter of 5-10 times.
