　　1、 Measurement principle:

　　When the fluid flow sensor along the axial direction is fed in, it is forced to rotate around the centerline by the vortex generator, generating a vortex flow. The vortex flow spirals in the Venturi tube and reaches the contraction section where it suddenly throttles, accelerating the vortex flow. When passing through the diffusion section, the vortex center precesses along a conical spiral line. At this point, the precession frequency of the vortex center through the detection point is proportional to the flow velocity of the fluid. The precession frequency signal of the vortex flow detected by the piezoelectric sensor is amplified, filtered, and shaped before being converted into a flow value for on-site display or signal selection.

　　No mechanical movable parts, corrosion-resistant, stable and reliable, long service life, long-term operation without special maintenance;

　　Using 16 bit computer chips, high integration, small size, good performance, and strong overall functionality;

　　The intelligent flowmeter integrates a flow probe, microprocessor, pressure, and temperature sensors, and adopts a built-in combination to make the structure more compact. It can directly measure the flow rate, pressure, and temperature of the fluid, and automatically track compensation and compression factor correction in real time;

　　Cooperate with our company's FM type data collector to enable remote data transmission via the internet or network;

　　Pressure and temperature signals are input to the transmitter, with strong interchangeability;

　　1. The flow range is the flow range verified at the time of product delivery (at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, the medium is air 1.205Kg/m3); As the pressure increases, the flow range also expands.

　　2. Standard state conditions; P=101.325kPa，T=293.15K。

　　3. Usage conditions: Environmental temperature: -30~+60 ℃, medium temperature: -20~+80 ℃, relative temperature: 5%~95%, atmospheric pressure: 86kPa~106kPa.

　　4. Electrical performance indicators

　　Working power supply: external power supply:+24VDC, internal power supply: 3.6V lithium battery, overall energy consumption: external power supply,<1W, internal power supply,<0.3MW, lithium battery can be used for more than two years.

　　Output mode: frequency signal, 4-20mA signal, RS485 communication (capable of transmitting temperature, pressure, instantaneous flow rate, and cumulative flow rate parameters).

　　4、 Operating standards:

　　1. Operators should be familiar with the working principle, performance characteristics, detection points, and detection items of the vortex flowmeter.

　　2. The operator of the vortex flowmeter prints production and monitoring reports at regular intervals every day to timely reflect the production and operation situation in the factory.

　　3. Regularly conduct on-site inspections of the vortex flowmeter at each testing point and keep records. Any abnormal situations should be promptly handled and reported.

　　4. During rainy weather, check the vortex flowmeter on site, and operators should be careful to prevent electric shock.

　　5. All types of primary sensors for detecting spiral flow meters should be cleaned and scaled as required.

　　6. If there is a malfunction in the vortex flowmeter, do not disassemble the transmitter and converter at will.

　　7. During maintenance and inspection of the vortex flowmeter, protective measures should be taken. Various types of vortex flowmeters that have not been used for a long time or have been soaked in water due to improper use should be dried before use.
