　　3、 Installation:

　　1. A filter should be installed in front of the elliptical gear flowmeter, and the arrows on both casings should point in the same direction as the flow.

　　When the measured liquid contains gas, a gas separator should be installed in front of the elliptical gear flowmeter.

　　3. Regardless of whether the pipeline is installed vertically or horizontally, the elliptical gear shaft in the elliptical gear flowmeter is installed in a horizontal position. (The dial should be perpendicular to the ground)

　　4. When the elliptical gear flowmeter is installed correctly, if it is difficult to see the reading clearly, the counter can be turned 180 ° or 90 °.

　　Before installing the elliptical gear flowmeter, use a bamboo stick to push the gear several times from the outlet. If it doesn't move, soak it in gasoline (to avoid sediment accumulation after factory calibration)

　　6. The throttle valve should be installed at the inlet of the elliptical gear flowmeter, and the switch valve should be installed at the outlet. When opening and closing each valve, it should be started slowly and not quickly opened or closed.

　　4、 Usage conditions:

　　1. After unpacking, check whether the items inside the box are complete according to the packing list. Before use, carefully read the instruction manual, otherwise the flowmeter cannot be used correctly, which may cause damage to the flowmeter. The instruction manual should be properly stored.

　　2. Before use, check if the flowmeter has been damaged during transportation. Check the nameplate, which indicates important data for the flow meter parameters.

　　3. In order to use the flowmeter correctly, the application must comply with the specified conditions, which can be found on the nameplate and technical specifications.
