　　This product has explosion-proof and protective functions, with explosion-proof marks of Exd Ⅱ BT6 and Exia Ⅱ CT6, and a protection level of IP65. It is suitable for measuring natural gas, dry coal gas, compressed air, etc. and is widely used in measurement and control systems in the fields of petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, scientific research, etc.

　　1、 Characteristics of Spiral Vortex Flow Meter

　　a) The output frequency of the tested liquid is not affected by changes in fluid temperature, pressure, or viscosity within the specified Reynolds number range;

　　b) There are no movable parts inside the measuring tube, the instrument has stable performance, is easy to install, and has a long service life;

　　c) Wide flow range, high accuracy, good linearity, low pressure loss, and low requirements for straight pipe sections;

　　d) The series has a nominal diameter of DN15 to DN300, and there are two forms of flange connection and angle connection for users to choose from;

　　e) The Wenqiu Li structure is used to solve the measurement problem of large caliber and small flow rate. It can achieve small flow measurement within a certain range without changing the diameter of the process pipeline and flange connection, thereby expanding the measurement range;

　　f) The use of electromagnetic detection technology (LUBh type) can effectively eliminate measurement errors caused by pipeline vibration and enhance anti-interference ability;

　　2、 Characteristics of gas turbine flowmeter

　　Meet the technical requirements of GB/T32021-2015 standard to detect the temperature, pressure, and flow rate of the tested gas, perform automatic flow tracking compensation and compression factor correction, and display the accumulated gas volume under standard conditions (Pb=101.325KPa, Tb=293.15K);

　　Wide flow range (Qmin/Qmax=20:1), good repeatability, high accuracy (up to 1.0 level), low pressure loss, and low initial flow rate;

　　It has the function of setting eight instrument coefficients and automatic correction;

　　Using a dedicated integrated rectifier, the installation requirements for the front and rear straight pipe sections of the flowmeter are low (≥ 2DN for the front, no requirements for the downstream);

　　Built in pressure and temperature sensors, high safety performance, compact structure, and beautiful appearance;

　　Capable of self diagnosing faults in pressure and temperature sensors and displaying them directly on the LCD screen;

　　A lithium battery can be used continuously for more than five years and has a two-level alarm output function for battery undervoltage, which is more suitable for use with IC card management systems;

　　The intelligent flow integrator can be positioned at any angle (with a rotation angle of 350 °), making the reading of the flow meter more convenient and direct under various installation conditions;

　　3、 Installation:

　　1. Before installation, the pipeline must be blown clean to prevent residual iron filings from affecting the normal operation of the flowmeter.

　　2. Before installation, if the turbine can rotate flexibly without irregular noise when blown by a small airflow, and the counting rotation is normal without any interruption or jamming, then the flowmeter can be installed and used.

　　3. During installation, a sealing gasket should be added between the flange and the pipeline flange.

　　4. A filter should be installed in front of the gas flowmeter, and an oil filter should be installed in places with dirty gas. Before placing an order, users can also place an order with our company. It is strictly prohibited to directly connect the filter and flowmeter.

　　5. Stop valves should be added before and after installation.

　　6. There should be no protrusions connected to the flange joint inside the pipeline.

　　7. When installing natural gas flow meters, it is strictly prohibited to directly weld at the inlet and outlet flanges to avoid burning out the internal parts of the flow meter.

　　8. Installed in a location that is easy to maintain, free from strong electromagnetic interference, mechanical vibration, and thermal radiation effects.

　　9. Not suitable for use in situations where flow is frequently interrupted and there are strong pulsations or pressure fluctuations.

　　10. When installing outdoors, there should be a cover on the upper part to prevent rainwater from entering and direct sunlight from affecting the service life of the flowmeter.

　　11. It can be installed horizontally or vertically, and the direction of fluid flow should be consistent with the direction marked on the shell. There should be a straight pipe section of not less than 10Dn upstream of the flowmeter, and a straight pipe section of not less than 5Dn behind the meter.

　　12. In order not to affect the normal transportation of fluid, it is recommended to install a bypass pipeline according to Figure 2, and the bypass pipeline valve must be closed during normal use.
