　　1、 Main features:

　　1. The built-in pressure, temperature, and flow sensors have multiple compensation methods for users to choose from, with high safety performance, compact structure, and beautiful appearance.

　　3. By using a new type of signal processing amplifier and unique filtering technology, the interference caused by pressure fluctuations and pipeline vibrations is effectively eliminated.

　　4. The whole machine has extremely low power consumption and can operate for a long time with internal battery power supply, making it an ideal on-site display instrument without the need for external power supply.

　　2、 Structure:

　　1. The sensor includes a vortex generator, detection element, rectifier, and housing.

　　The vortex generator is composed of specific spiral blades, which are fixed at the front end of the shell contraction section, forcing the fluid to generate strong vortex flow.

　　The detection element is installed near the throat of the expansion tube, and the frequency signal of vortex precession can be measured using thermal, piezoelectric, strain, capacitive, or fiber optic detection elements.

　　The rectifier is fixed at the outlet of the flowmeter body, and its function is to eliminate vortex flow to reduce the impact of downstream flow state on instrument measurement.

　　The shell is designed as a flow channel with a certain shape to form vortices, fix and protect the components installed inside, and connect them to the pipeline through flanges.

　　2. Conversion display instrument

　　The weak voltage signal detected by the piezoelectric sensor is amplified, filtered, and shaped into a pulse signal whose frequency is proportional to the flow rate, and then counted and displayed by the display instrument. The display device is equipped with an output interface to output various signals. The measured gas medium can be compensated for temperature and pressure, converted to volumetric flow rate under standard conditions, and displayed.

　　3、 Installation:

　　1. There should be no strong external magnetic field interference or strong mechanical vibration around the flowmeter. Before installation, the environmental conditions should be reviewed according to its usage requirements for normal use;

　　When installing the flowmeter outdoors, there should be a cover on the upper part to prevent rainwater from entering and direct sunlight from affecting the service life of the flowmeter;

　　3. The flowmeter can be installed at any angle, and the direction of fluid flow should be consistent with the direction indicated on the housing. There should be straight pipe sections of 10DN and 5DN upstream and downstream of the flowmeter, respectively;

　　4. The flowmeter should be installed coaxially with the pipeline, and the flange screw hole connection should be parallel to the pipeline axis to prevent sealing gaskets and grease from entering the pipeline cavity;

　　5. If necessary, a filter can be installed upstream of the flowmeter to filter out particles and debris in the medium;

　　When installing flow meters and measuring pipelines, consideration should be given to installing expansion pipes and corrugated pipes. Based on the actual size of the flow meter, the upstream and downstream pipelines should be laid reasonably to minimize the deformation of the flow meter caused by pipeline stress;

　　7. The casing of the flow meter volume correction device is equipped with grounding screws, which must be reliably grounded according to the specified requirements during use, but must not share the grounding wire with the high-voltage system; When installing or testing on pipelines, it is not allowed to overlap the grounding wire of the welding system with the flow grounding wire;

　　During use, users are not allowed to change the connection method of the explosion-proof system or arbitrarily modify the various lead interfaces. The outer diameter of the incoming cable is 8-8.5mm, and the remaining entry holes should be plugged for sealing.
