      DN80 intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter

      This product consists of two parts: sensors and converters. It works based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction and is used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids with a conductivity greater than 5 μ S/cm. It is an inductive instrument for measuring the volumetric flow rate of conductive media.

      1、 Characteristics:

      1. Provide display interfaces in both Chinese and English;

      2. It can directly display the instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate, percentage flow rate, and flow velocity in both forward and reverse directions according to the engineering unit;

      3. There are 6 types of flow units to choose from (L/m, L/h, m3/m, m3/h, GPM, GPH);

      4. 4~20mADC load 0~750, scale flow rate (upper limit of range) can be set arbitrarily;

      5. By setting the pulse coefficient, each pulse can represent a certain volume flow rate, or output a 0-2kHz frequency signal proportional to the flow rate;

      6. Provide traffic upper and lower limit reporting function;

      7. RS485 interface, bidirectional communication. The working parameters of the flowmeter can be set and modified through the upper computer;

      8. When the fluid is stationary, the zero point of the flowmeter can be automatically calibrated through the buttons on the panel;

      9. Damping adjustment can be set within a range of 1 to 99 seconds;

      10. Power supply voltage: 220VAC/24VDC type;

      2、 Installation:

      1. Requirements for the external environment

      a、 Flow meters should be avoided from being installed in places with large temperature changes or high temperature radiation from equipment. If installation is necessary, insulation and ventilation measures must be taken.

      b、 The flowmeter should be installed indoors. If it must be installed outdoors, it should be protected from rainwater, waterlogging, and direct sunlight. Moisture and sun protection measures should be taken.

      c、 Flow meters should be avoided from being installed in environments containing corrosive gases, and ventilation measures must be taken when installation is necessary.

      d、 For installation, maintenance, upkeep, and convenience, there needs to be ample installation space around the flowmeter.

      e、 The installation site of the flowmeter should avoid strong magnetic fields and vibration sources. If the pipeline vibration is large, there should be fixed pipe supports on both sides of the flowmeter.

      2. Requirements for straight pipe sections

      In order to improve the effects of eddy currents and flow field distortions, there are certain requirements for the length of the straight pipe sections before and after the installation of the flowmeter, otherwise it will affect the measurement accuracy (rectifiers can also be installed, avoiding installation near the regulating valve and half open valve as much as possible).

      The selection of instruments is a very important task in instrument applications. Relevant data shows that 2/3 of instrument failures in practical applications are caused by incorrect selection or installation of instruments. Please pay special attention.
