      1、 The structure of a fast hydraulic slider

      The structure of the fast hydraulic slider mainly consists of an oil cylinder, piston rod, control valve group, oil cylinder guard plate, force frame, oil pipe, and connecting components between the slider and the slider, as shown in Figure 1. The specifications of the oil cylinder for the conveyor slider in the blasting and mining face (Figure 1) are a diameter of 80mm, a length of 100mm, and a pushing step distance of 1.1m, synchronized with the pushing step distance of the mining face. Technical requirements: ① The thickness of the cylinder block box should meet the needs of protecting the oil cylinder, and the strength of the force plate must not deform when pushed or subjected to force. ② The oil cylinder is a bidirectional cylinder with a stroke of 1100mm. ③ A control valve is installed at the front of the cylinder block box to control the expansion and contraction of the cylinder diameter, achieving the purpose of pushing and moving the cylinder block box forward. ④ The cylinder diameter and conveyor are connected together.

      The working principle of the fast hydraulic slider is to use the extension and contraction of the oil cylinder to complete the pushing. When the operating handle is turned towards the liquid inlet position, the oil cylinder extends. Because the front end of the slider is adjusted by the handle to make the force plate press against the single column on the old pond side, when the oil cylinder extends, it pushes the conveyor forward. When the conveyor is pushed into place, the operating valve returns to the normal position to complete the automatic pushing of the conveyor. Subsequently, the control valve is turned to the return position, and the oil cylinder retracts. As the front end of the oil cylinder is fixed on the conveyor, when the oil cylinder retracts, it drives the overall pusher to move forward, completing a cycle of pushing and sliding work.

      In order to evenly push the conveyor, based on on-site experience, a fast hydraulic pusher is installed at the head and tail of the machine, and at every 10m in other sections. During installation, the first step is to move the slider to the coal wall side. The second step is to fix the connecting clip of the pusher to the groove on the old pond side of the SGW-40T-40 and DSJ-650-30 conveyors. The third step is to connect the pusher and the connecting clip with a pin and make them perpendicular to the conveyor. The pusher is located between two individual hydraulic supports.

      5、 Before using the fast hydraulic pusher to move the mining face conveyor, the floating coal in front of the conveyor is first cleaned to reduce the pushing resistance. Secondly, the handle on the force plate is adjusted to clamp the arc-shaped force points on the support legs on both sides of the pusher. Thirdly, the hydraulic valve handle is operated to supply liquid to the rear chamber of the pusher cylinder, causing the cylinder to extend and push the conveyor forward. Fourthly, when the conveyor is fully pushed in place, the hydraulic valve is operated in reverse to supply liquid to the front chamber of the pusher cylinder, causing the cylinder shaft to retract into the cylinder and drive the cylinder forward to its original position.
