　　1. Conduct a visual inspection of the cutter to check for any looseness, damage, or other abnormal phenomena in each part. Only after confirming that all parts are normal can operation be carried out.

　　3. If the working cylinder of the cut-off device is still not filled with oil, the cut-off device should first be cycled back and forth several full strokes without load, so that all the air in the working cylinder can be discharged and filled with hydraulic oil. Afterwards, the disconnector can only work under load, and attention should be paid to checking whether the two blades are parallel.

　　4. During operation, one person operates the cutter and the other operates the oil pump to provide hydraulic oil to the cutter, driving the piston and blade to move until the anchor rod is cut.

　　When the cutter cuts off the anchor rod or anchor cable, the operator should hold the cutter handle with one hand and grip the anchor rod or anchor cable tightly with the other hand to prevent it from popping out and injuring people during the cutting process.
