1. Check whether the anchor bolt machine is intact, and whether the pipelines and clamps are loose or damaged.
2. Clean up the accumulated water and debris inside the air duct. Clean the air inlet joint and air duct joint of the anchor bolt machine again. Ensure that the compressed air is clean and dry. If it contains excessive moisture, it will wash away the oil film on the surface of the parts inside the pneumatic motor, deteriorate lubrication, freeze inside the muffler, block the exhaust passage, and prevent the drilling rig from operating normally.
3. Check the flushing water pipeline to ensure that the water quality is clean. Otherwise, the waterway is prone to blockage.
Before installing the air and water inlet joints, the switches of the drilling rig's air and water valves should be in the closed position.
