　　1、 According to different specifications of steel rails, select corresponding dies, pads, and positioning blocks, and assemble them onto the corresponding parts of the machine body;

　　Note: 1. Measure the punching die with a vernier caliper;

　　2. The specifications of the shim and positioning block are marked on the physical object;

　　3. The diameter of the punching die, the shim, and the positioning stopper should be selected according to the provisions of Chapter 7 of this manual.

　　4. Loosen the oil return valve

　　5. Insert the control lever into the reset crank hole and press the control lever to fully reset the piston rod.

　　1. Place the hole squeezing machine horizontally on the steel rail;

　　2. Adjust the position of the hole squeezing machine on the steel rail appropriately, and during hole squeezing, align the positioning surface of the positioning stopper hole with the end face of the steel rail;

　　Note: When squeezing, align the three holes of the positioning block with the end face of the steel rail. Tighten the adjusting screw clockwise by hand to make the convex mold tighten the waist of the steel rail; Tighten the oil return valve, insert the control rod into the press hole, slowly press the control rod by hand to make the pump core move back and forth, while the convex mold continuously applies static pressure to the steel rail until the steel rail hole is squeezed through

　　1. Rotate the two side joints to a position perpendicular to the extrusion hole surface, balance and adjust the two top heads, and ensure that the extrusion hole surface of the machine body is perpendicular, so that the top head is tightly pressed against the extrusion hole surface;

　　2. Loosen the oil return valve;

　　3. Insert the control rod into the reset oil crank hole, press the control rod downwards by hand, and apply even force until the piston rod is completely reset;

　　4. Rotate the joint to a position parallel to the extrusion hole surface, tighten the return valve, and then the machine can be unloaded.
