　　KSP-7Wet concrete spraying machineIt mainly consists of components such as the driving motor, reducer, rotary assembly, sealing plate, hopper seat, vibrating hopper, clamping mechanism, accelerator conveying system, air duct system, and electronic control device.

　　1. Concrete is mixed by a mixer according to the ratio and added to a vibrating hopper. It falls into the material chamber of the rotor body through a sieve, and the rotating rotor body brings the material in the chamber to the discharge port of the panel. Compressed air enters the "air distributor" of this machine and is divided into three paths: one path to the rapid setting agent mixer, one path to the cyclone (downstream air path), and one path to the hopper seat (upstream air path). The air in this path passes through the hopper seat, the material chamber of the rotor body, and directly leads to the discharge port of the panel. So, when the material chamber of the rotor body containing the material reaches the discharge port, compressed air blows the mixed material through the cyclone and sandblasting pipe to the nozzle. The air in the downwind path passes through the cyclone and forms a cyclone.
