　　1、 Purpose and scope of application of cable clamps:

　　Mining cable clampSuitable for towing cable clamps used in various models of coal mining machines made of polymer plastics and carbon steel plates, which are used in coal mine comprehensive mining and general mining units.

　　1. This product is developed in accordance with the MT/T 775-1998 standard of the coal industry in the People's Republic of China, which specifies the conditions for towing cable clamps for coal mining machines. And it complies with the relevant regulations of MT/117-2007.

　　2、 Main structure and working principle: The cable clamp is composed of an O-shaped clamp plate, a cross plate, and a connecting pin shaft made of polymer plastic wrapped in carbon steel skeleton. Working principle: This product is suspended and installed on the towing cable frame of the coal mining machine, and moves together with the coal mining machine. The main function is to protect the cables and water pipes used in underground coal mining machines, in order to prevent cable and water pipe breakage and wear.

　　Make the semi-circular positioning hole of the T-shaped plug concentric with the positioning pin hole of the clamp plate; Insert the positioning pin into the positioning pin hole and tap it into place with a rubber hammer.

　　3. Tensile strength

　　When the cable clamp is tested according to 7.4 of MT/T117-2007, its tensile strength should reach the working load in Table 2 and be maintained for 2 minutes. After unloading inspection, there should be no residual deformation, cracking, or detachment.

　　4. Tensile strength

　　When the cable clamp is tested according to 7.5 of MT/T117-2007, its tensile strength should not be less than the requirements in Table 2.

　　5. Impact resistance

　　When the cable clamp is tested according to 7.6 of MT/T117-2007, it should be able to withstand the impact energy specified in Table 2 and withstand the impact

　　3、 Installation and Usage

　　(1). First, insert the T-shaped plugs of the horizontal connecting plate into the T-shaped slots of the left and right clamping plates, and make the semi-circular positioning holes of the T-shaped plugs

　　Concentric with the positioning pin hole of the clamp plate, the positioning pin is inserted into the positioning pin hole to form a cable clamp groove (2). Align the front and rear holes of the multi section cable tray, insert the connecting pin shaft from the inside out into the holes, install the split pin, and connect them into a section of cable tray. The final length can be determined according to the needs of the coal mining face. (3). Place the cable into the clamp groove and connect it with a transverse plate as shown in the diagram to form a closed cable clamp, thus forming a complete cable clamp that meets the requirements of the coal mining machine.
