1. Compressed air should be maintained at 0.4-0.6MPa and kept clean and dry.
2. Lubrication
Lubricating oil: When the ambient temperature is between -15 and 10 ℃, 20 # engine oil can be used; when the ambient temperature is between 10 and 35 ℃, 30 # engine oil can be used. The bearings in the motor and the gears and bearings in the gearbox can be lubricated with 2 # lithium based grease.
Lubrication operation: During drilling, it is strictly prohibited to operate without oil. Lubricating oil should be stored in the oil cup. The recommended consumption of lubricating oil is 2-3ml/min. When repairing the motor and gearbox, it is advisable to fill 2/3 of the lubricating grease in the cavity inside the transmission box.
