　　The BQS explosion-proof mining sand pump is mainly suitable for environments with methane and coal dust explosion hazards underground in coal mines, transporting mixed wastewater containing non solid substances such as sediment, coal slurry, coal gangue, coal slag, and fiber materials. 　　The BQS (W) series of mining explosion-proof sewage and sand removal submersible electric pumps are designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with the coal industry standard MT/T671-2005 "Explosion proof Submersible Electric Pumps for Coal Mines" and the national execution standard GB3836-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments" of the People's Republic of China. The electric motor adopts a Y-shaped dry-type explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor, which has the characteristics of high starting torque, good operating performance, low noise, small size, light weight, easy maintenance, as well as excellent explosion-proof structural performance and high protection level. It is suitable for use with water pumps in explosive gas environments such as methane or coal dust, underground mining faces and tunnels with explosive hazards.

　　The electric pump adopts an O-ring rubber seal as the static seal, which has good structural performance. The rubber vulcanization curve control technology is used to ensure the quality and sealing performance of the O-ring in terms of moisture resistance and aging resistance. The dynamic seal adopts two sets of mechanical seals with oil chamber isolation protection, effectively providing lubrication for the rotating friction pair, forming a fluid film lubrication protection, and releasing the heat accumulated during the movement process, thereby extending the service life of the mechanical seal and ensuring the sealing performance.

　　The fluid components of the electric pump are made of wear-resistant alloy cast iron, and the water pump part adopts fluid mechanical design and balancing technology, effectively extending the service life of the electric pump.

　　Before starting the pump, fill the suction pipe and pump with liquid. After turning on the pump, the impeller rotates at high speed, and the liquid inside rotates together with the blades. Under the action of centrifugal force, it flies away from the impeller and is ejected outward. The ejected liquid gradually slows down in the diffusion chamber of the pump casing, increases in pressure, and then flows out from the pump outlet and discharge pipe. At this time, a vacuum low-pressure zone without air or liquid is formed at the blade of the BQS explosion-proof submersible pump due to the liquid being thrown towards the surroundings. The liquid in the pool flows into the pump through the suction pipe under the action of atmospheric pressure on the pool surface. The liquid is continuously drawn up from the pool and continuously flows out from the discharge pipe.
