　　1. Regularly remove dust and other debris from the fan and pipes. The fan can only be operated when it is in full positive gear, while maintaining sufficient power supply capacity and stable voltage. It is strictly prohibited to operate with phase loss. The power supply line must be a dedicated line and should not be used for a long time. If abnormal sounds, severe overheating of the motor, live shell, switch tripping, or inability to start are found during the operation of the fan, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.

　　2. For safety reasons, maintenance is not allowed during the operation of the fan. After maintenance, a trial run should be conducted for about five minutes to confirm that there are no abnormal phenomena before starting the machine. According to the usage environment conditions, lubricating grease should be supplemented or replaced irregularly for bearings (motor enclosed bearings do not need to replace lubricating grease during their service life). To ensure good lubrication during operation, the oiling frequency should not be less than 1000 hours per time. For enclosed bearings and motor bearings, ZL-3 lithium based lubricating grease should be used to fill 2/3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearings. It is strictly prohibited to operate without oil.
