The desulfurization defoamer is a generation of defoamer developed by our company in cooperation with multiple domestic universities, targeting the foaming properties of wet desulfurization in power plants. It can effectively destroy and eliminate foam and inhibit the generation of foam for a long time, so as to control the liquid level in the tower, eliminate the virtual high liquid level caused by foam, prevent slurry overflow, and alleviate the scaling and blocking problem of heat exchanger (GGH) caused by foam.

　　Non ionic type does not cause pollution; It can quickly reduce the surface tension of gas-liquid, with fast defoaming speed, long defoaming time, low dosage, and good effect; This product has good dispersibility in water, completely dissolved in water, easily dispersed in water, and can be well compatible with liquid products. It is not easy to float oil and will not cause secondary pollution; High temperature and high pressure resistance, sterile, stable performance; Non toxic, non corrosive, and free from adverse side effects. Desulfurization specific defoamer is a new type of defoamer, which is mainly composed of special organic compounds and modified organosilicon, and mainly inhibits the generation of a large number of foam in the absorption tower of the wet desulfurization system when the flue gas is washed by limestone slurry, so as to prevent ash deposition at the inlet of the absorption tower.

　　4、 Usage method

The actual dosage should be determined based on the composition of the foaming agent, the amount of flue gas, the composition and combustion process of the coal, the amount of absorbent, and the amount of sulfur dioxide.
