Secondly, like the cooked milk process, a part of powder defoamer needs to be added in the process of cooking. During the boiling process, the powder defoamer can be quickly dissolved in soybean milk with high temperature to achieve defoaming effect. The method adopted by countries such as Japan and South Korea, which involves first steaming and then separating the residue, basically involves adding a powdered defoamer during the grinding process, which enters the boiling tank along with the paste to achieve a significant defoaming effect.
