It is often prepared by hydrolysis of mixed methylchlorosilane and phenylchlorosilane in toluene or medium. After washing, filtering, synthesis, a complete automated system is completed. The silicone resin produced by Sihai Chemical is widely used as high-temperature resistant electrical insulation paint, high-temperature resistant coating, and high-temperature resistant adhesive.       Organosilicon resin is a thermosetting polysiloxane system with a highly cross-linked structure. It is often made from organochlorosilanes or corresponding organoalkoxysilanes as raw materials, which are hydrolyzed, condensed, and thickened to produce stable active siloxane prepolymers at room temperature. When in use, it can be directly heated or catalytically condensed and crosslinked into a hard or less elastic solid silicone resin. According to their structure, they can be roughly divided into methyl silicone resin, phenyl silicone resin, etc. The main side group of silicone resin molecules is methyl, which can be cured through various methods such as condensation, platinum catalyzed addition, peroxide crosslinking, etc. Methyl silicone resin is a carbon containing silicone resin that, after curing, has the advantages of being hard and transparent, having less weight loss at high temperatures, and producing less smoke. It is mostly obtained by hydrolysis and condensation of methylchlorosilane under solvent and low temperature conditions. When using methylalkoxysilane as raw material, trace amounts of acid or base are often added as hydrolysis catalysts.       3、 Packaging and Storage Transportation

      Load into a clean and dry 200kg iron drum, cover and seal. Store below 35 ℃, keep away from heat sources, prevent direct sunlight, and transport as flammable materials. During storage and use, contact with acids, bases, amines, and other substances should be avoided to prevent accelerated gelation and solidification of the product. The resin has a retention period of 6 months.
