2、 SZ-COD COD online analyzer productPrinciple:
The water sample, digestion solution, silver urate solution (silver urate as a catalyst can effectively oxidize straight chain fatty compounds), and a mixture of concentrated urate are heated to 175 ℃. After the organic matter in the solution is oxidized by dichromate ions, the color will change. The analyzer detects this color change and converts it into COD value output. The amount of dichromate ions consumed is equivalent to the amount of oxidizable organic matter, which is the COD value.
