1、 Product Overview of Total Manganese Online Analyzer:
Manganese is a gray white, hard, brittle, and glossy metal that is widely present in nature. Soil contains 0.25% manganese, and tea, wheat, and hard shelled fruits contain more manganese. Used in the metallurgical industry to manufacture special steel; Manganese titanium alloy is used as a desulfurizer and deoxidizer in steel production. Manganese is one of the essential trace elements for a normal body, and it constitutes several enzymes with important physiological functions in the body. The normal daily intake of manganese from food is 3-9 milligrams, which is necessary for normal bone structure. Occupational chronic manganese poisoning is a disease mainly caused by neurological changes due to long-term exposure to manganese dust. Early manifestations include neurasthenia syndrome and autonomic nervous system dysfunction. The more obvious poisoning is the occurrence of extravertebral system damage, which may be accompanied by psychological symptoms. In severe cases, it can manifest as Parkinson's syndrome and toxic psychosis.

2、 Product principle of total manganese online analyzer:
This product is measured using spectrophotometry. After mixing the water sample and buffer, manganese is converted into its high valence state ions in the presence of a strong oxidant. In the presence of a buffer solution and indicator, the high valence ions react with the indicator to form a colored complex. The analyzer detects this color change and converts it into manganese value output. The amount of colored complex generated is equivalent to the manganese content. This product is a single factor parameter testing and analysis instrument. This method is applicable to wastewater containing manganese in the range of 0-30mg/L.
