1、 Product Overview of Total Zinc Online Analyzer:
Zinc is a blue white metal. Due to the formation of a protective film on its surface at room temperature, zinc is widely used in the galvanizing industry. Zinc can form alloys with many non-ferrous metals. Zinc is a component or coenzyme of the six major enzymes and 200 metalloenzymes in the human body, and plays a wide role in systemic metabolism. When zinc is deficient, prominent symptoms include decreased appetite, delayed growth, pica, and dermatitis. Zinc poisoning may occur when excessive application or consumption of zinc agents and zinc containers are used to store food during treatment. The symptoms and manifestations of poisoning include nausea, vomiting, acute diarrhea, and fever. Giving high doses of zinc to experimental animals can cause anemia, growth arrest, and sudden death.

2、 Product principle of total zinc online analyzer:
This product is determined by spectrophotometric method. After mixing water sample and regulator, various forms of zinc are converted into zinc ions. Zinc ions react with the indicator in alkaline environment and the presence of sensitizer to form a colored complex. The analyzer detects the color change and converts it into zinc value output. The amount of colored complex generated is equivalent to the amount of zinc. This method is applicable to wastewater containing zinc in the range of 0-50mg/L.
