      1、 SZ-BOD BOD online analyzer product overview:

      BOD, Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) is an environmental monitoring indicator mainly used to monitor the pollution status of organic matter in water bodies. Generally, organic matter can be decomposed by microorganisms, but microorganisms require oxygen to decompose organic compounds in water. If the dissolved oxygen in the water is not sufficient to meet the needs of microorganisms, the water body will be in a polluted state. BOD is the indicator related to environmental protection.

      This analyzer is capable of long-term automatic continuous operation according to on-site settings, and is widely applicable to industrial pollution source discharge wastewater, industrial process wastewater, industrial wastewater treatment plant wastewater, municipal wastewater treatment plant wastewater, and other occasions. According to the complexity of the on-site testing conditions, corresponding preprocessing systems can be selected to ensure the reliability of the testing process, accurate testing results, and fully meet the on-site requirements of different occasions.

      2、 SZ-BOD BOD online analyzer product principle:

      Biochemical oxygen demand or biochemical oxygen consumption (generally referring to five-day biochemical oxygen demand) is a comprehensive indicator of the content of aerobic pollutants such as organic matter in water. The total amount of dissolved oxygen consumed in water when organic matter is oxidized and decomposed by microorganisms, resulting in its inorganic or gaseous transformation. Normally, it refers to filling a completely sealed dissolved oxygen bottle with a water sample, incubating it in a dark place at 20 ℃ for 5 days, and measuring the dissolved oxygen in the water sample before and after cultivation

      The mass concentration of dissolved oxygen is calculated by the difference in mass concentration of dissolved oxygen before and after cultivation, and the amount of dissolved oxygen consumed per liter of sample is expressed in the form of BOD5.
