      Shore Station

      Micro water station

1、 Overview of SZ-AB Surface Water Automatic Monitoring Micro shore Station Product

The urban rainwater and sewage pipeline network system is an important component of urban infrastructure, which is related to the survival and development of the city. With the development of the economy, population growth, and the scale of cities, the aging of the combined rainwater and sewage water pipeline network and the relatively backward monitoring technology are serious problems. Faced with the situation and requirements of water conservancy development in the new era, it is urgent to establish a modern pipeline network operation and control system.

At present, although efforts are being made to construct and renovate rainwater and sewage separation systems in order to completely solve urban drainage problems, there are still various problems that are difficult to solve in practice, such as rainwater and sewage mixing, illegal discharge and mixing, pipeline blockage and sedimentation, pipeline overflow, and resulting waterlogging.

2、 SZ-ABMicro shore station target for automatic monitoring of surface water

By grid based water quality monitoring of the coverage area, combined with flow and liquid level data, the inflow and infiltration of sewage pipes in rainy days, as well as the mixed discharge of rainwater pipes, can be analyzed, providing data support for monitoring the quality of rainwater and sewage diversion and the effectiveness of zero direct discharge construction in the monitoring area. Provide data basis for identifying areas with severe infiltration and mixed discharge, and directly display the visual judgment of severe rainwater and sewage confluence for relevant departments.

      real-time monitoring

3、 Technical route 1) Selection of monitoring factors for SZ-AB surface water automatic monitoring micro shore station

The common indicators for water quality monitoring in pipeline networks include BOD5, COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, SS, pH, etc. Among them, BOD5, COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen are key indicators for directly determining pollution. However, in drainage pipeline networks, as early warning automatic monitoring, BOD5, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen cannot meet these requirements. BOD5 can only be measured manually in the laboratory and requires 5 days of cultivation, so this indicator cannot be automatically monitored; For example, the indicators of total phosphorus and total nitrogen must be accurately measured using reagent methods, which require pre-treatment and a long detection cycle, making it impossible to achieve minute level measurements. It is also difficult to respond in a timely manner to incidents of theft and leakage, and the reagent waste liquid generated during detection is a hazardous waste substance that is prone to secondary pollution.

COD and ammonia nitrogen can meet the purpose of rapid early warning in pipeline monitoring. The COD adopts UV absorption method, while the ammonia nitrogen adopts ion selective electrode method. No pre-treatment or reagents are required during the testing process, and real-time response is possible. There is no secondary pollution, low usage cost, and no need for frequent maintenance. However, COD and ammonia nitrogen do not belong to the national standard methods and cannot be used as the basis for determining responsibility. Therefore, it is necessary to cooperate with an automatic sampler. When the data exceeds the standard, an alarm can be automatically triggered, and the sample can be automatically retained. Then, the water sample can be taken to the laboratory for analysis using standard methods to determine relevant responsibilities, thus achieving the goal of rapid warning.

Core monitoring of COD and ammonia nitrogen, along with indirect monitoring factors such as pH and conductivity, combined with flow rate, liquid level, and automatic samplers, forms an underground drainage monitoring data network to real-time control the dynamic water pollution and water volume of the underground water pipe network.

      2) The conditions that the product needs to meet

No need for reagents, no secondary pollution, and can respond in real-time

V needs to be able to adapt to the monitoring environment of the drainage network, with IP68 rating, corrosion resistance, and strong reliability

V water quality core products need to have self-cleaning and can extend maintenance cycles

The V-sensor requires low power consumption and can be powered by lithium batteries
