Online total phosphorus automatic analysis and detection instrument
Product Introduction
The online total phosphorus automatic analyzer heats a mixture of water sample, catalyst solution, and strong oxidant digestion solution to 120 ℃. Polyphosphate and other phosphorus containing compounds in the water sample are digested and oxidized by the strong oxidant under acidic conditions of high temperature and high pressure to generate phosphate ions. In the presence of a catalyst, phosphate ions form a colored complex in a strong acid solution containing molybdate. The analyzer detects the color change and converts it into total phosphorus value output. The amount of colored complex generated is equivalent to the total phosphorus content.
Widely used in various fields such as sewage treatment plants, washing plants, chemical wastewater discharge outlets, industrial production process water, and industrial and municipal wastewater treatment.
