Product Introduction

　　The LB-5000 (B) air sampler is a multifunctional air sampler developed according to the JJG956-2013 "Verification Regulations for Air Samplers" standard, which meets the requirements of GBZ159-2004 "Sampling Specification for Monitoring Hazardous Substances in Workplace Air". It can be used for monitoring by environmental protection, occupational health, enterprises, education, scientific research, labor, safety supervision and other departments.

Performance Characteristics

　　Dual use of dust and toxic substances: A broad-spectrum flow rate of 0.5~5L/min is sufficient for sampling dust, metals, fluorides and other dust chemical factors, as well as toxic substances such as SO2 and NOx. It is compatible with fixed-point and individual sampling.

　　Modular programming: A simple 5-key operation keyboard is used to program the sampling pump, with a Chinese operation menu and a wide temperature LCD screen displaying the instrument's working status in real time.

　　Four sampling modules to choose from: delayed sampling, manual sampling, timed sampling, and interval (cyclic) sampling

　　Interval (cycle) sampling standby interval 0-58min, can be set to 10 groups. Pause midway to facilitate customer operations.

　　Automatic data memory, real-time recording of cumulative sampling data and interval sampling (multiple sets) data, can store 10 sets of sampling (interval and non interval) data, automatically saves data when powered off, and can continue sampling after power on.

　　The sampling time for 10 sets of intervals (cycles) can be set arbitrarily within 28 hours and 58 minutes for each group; This feature extends short-term sampling to sampling over a longer period of time to meet the TWA sampling requirements with fewer samples.

　　Two stage buffering and anti backflow device: can effectively reduce the damage of air flow pulses, reagents, and particulate matter to the pump, maintain stable flow, and extend the service life of the pump.

　　AC/DC dual-use: 4.5Ah high-capacity lithium-ion battery, sampling flow rate ≤ 3L/min, battery life ≥ 15 hours; Sampling flow rate: 5L/min, battery life ≥ 8 hours
