When the vibrating screen dust collector starts working, the centrifugal fan of the bag filter is used to form a negative pressure zone at the dust overflow point, and the dust containing gas is sucked into the dust collector. Multiple bags are installed inside the dust collector. When the dust containing gas passes through the bags, the powder and dust are blocked and separated, and the purified gas is discharged through the fan. When the dust on the surface of the bag increases and the resistance value reaches the predetermined value, the pressure sensor sends an indication signal to the electric control box. The pulse spraying system controlled by pLc automatically sprays the bag, shaking off the dust attached to the bag and directly reaching the belt through the sealed ash discharge pipe. Always maintain good filtering performance of the bag without generating secondary dust.
