　　Scope of application

　　Epoxy zinc phosphate primer is suitable for steel surfaces in any industrial environment, such as bridges, machinery, pipelines, storage tanks, etc. It can also be used for anti-corrosion protection of equipment in civilian areas such as schools, commercial buildings, and transportation facilities.

　　Precautions

　　1. Epoxy zinc phosphate primer may experience some precipitation during storage. Before use, the paint should be thoroughly mixed.

　　2. This product is a two-component coating composed of A and B. When using, the two components must be mixed and blended according to the prescribed ratio. The mixed product must be used up within the specified time.

　　3. When suspending work, do not leave paint in the paint pipe, spray gun, or spraying equipment. Use KeXiDe X004 to thoroughly rinse all equipment to prevent the paint from solidifying and blocking the spraying equipment.

　　4. The surface temperature of the coated object must be at least 3 ℃ higher than point. On the one hand, in order to avoid the presence of condensation on the coated surface, which may affect the adhesion performance of the coating. On the other hand, if water vapor condensation occurs during the coating process or on the newly coated surface, it will affect the surface glossiness and color.
