Description :

　　The two-component primer is prepared by advanced technology using inorganic zinc rich additives such as quick drying agents, rust stabilizers, rust converting agents, and additives. It has good cathodic protection, a hard paint film, good weather resistance, and excellent anti-corrosion performance. It allows residual rust at 5-10 ℃ and can withstand high temperatures up to 400 ℃.

　　Surface Treatment

　　Construction on dust-free, oil-free, and dry surfaces. For new steel, surface cleanliness treatment to Sal or St2 level is sufficient for direct coating. For other construction surfaces, it is required to be clean and dry, free of grease, dust and other dirt, remove loose rust layers, chlorinated skin and old paint films, and achieve a surface cleanliness level of St2 standard. The cleaning method can be manual machinery or high-pressure water flushing. The construction temperature should be above 5 ℃. If construction is carried out on the surface of old paint, the old paint surface should be roughened.

　　Health and Safety:

　　1. When cutting or welding, ventilation masks, electrostatic masks, and lightweight self lifting exhaust devices must be used for joint protection to prevent the formation of zinc chloride smoke.

　　2. Adequate ventilation should be provided at the construction site.

　　Recommended use: anti-corrosion primer for steel structure factories, chemical facilities, petroleum facilities, boilers, etc. It can also be used as a heat-resistant anti-corrosion primer.
