Description :

　　Nano polysiloxane anti-corrosion paint has excellent water resistance, resistance to animal and vegetable oils, wear resistance, collision resistance, and UV resistance, making it suitable for use in moderate to severe corrosive environments.

　　Scope of application:

　　1) As a long-term protective decorative topcoat applied to steel structure surfaces in severely corrosive environments.

　　2) Can be applied to surfaces of non-ferrous metals, concrete, cement, wooden boards, pipelines, ships, fiberglass, and other rigid materials.

　　3) As a non yellowing chemical resistant topcoat applied to epoxy primer or intermediate paint.

　　Paint base: Acrylic resin

　　Color: Multiple colors

　　Mixing ratio: Paint base F5882/curing agent C5800=9:1 (volume ratio)=10:1 (weight ratio)

　　Mixed use period: 3 hours/20 ℃

　　Flash point: 31 ℃

　　Specific gravity: 1.2 kg/L

　　Volume solid content: 42%

　　Theoretical coating amount: 10 m2/L, which is 9m2/kg (dry film of 50 microns)

　　Drying time: 5 hours for surface drying, 7 days for solid (fully cured) drying

　　Repainting interval: 8 hours, up to 7 days

　　Paint surface: semi gloss or glossy

　　Construction instructions:

　　Surface treatment: The construction surface must be clean and dry, free of loose paint layers, grease, and other dirt. This product must be applied to surfaces pre coated with appropriate primer.

　　Suggested paint matching:

　　Primer: Apply one coat of epoxy zinc rich primer, with a reference dosage of 0.1 L/㎡, which is 10 ㎡/L.

　　Intermediate paint: Apply one coat of epoxy cloud iron intermediate paint, with a reference dosage of 0.1 L/㎡, which is 10 ㎡/L.

　　Topcoat: Apply two coats of polysiloxane topcoat, with a reference dosage of 0.2 L/㎡, which is 5 ㎡/L.
