      Composition characteristics:

      1. It is a two-component room temperature curing coating that integrates water resistance, oil resistance, and electrostatic conductivity. This coating has the characteristics of low curing temperature, strong adhesion, water resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, excellent oil resistance, and good electrostatic conductivity. Long term use of electrostatic additives does not cause leakage, the coating performance is stable, there is no peeling or foaming, and there is no pollution to the oil.

      2. It can be used for the inner wall of finished oil storage tanks (especially aviation kerosene) in refineries and oil stations, as well as for media such as crude oil and sewage.

      3. Good conductivity, surface resistance: 105-108 Ω

      Construction instructions:

      1. Surface treatment: Static conductive anti-corrosion coating requires surface sandblasting treatment, and the rust removal grade should reach Sa2 level specified in GB/T8923. The treated surface should be coated with primer within 24 hours.

      2. During construction in the construction environment, it is strictly prohibited to mix foreign objects such as water, sand, gravel, cotton yarn, etc. into the paint; In case of sandstorms, rain, snow, and heavy fog, construction should be stopped to ensure the quality of the coating.

      3. Before preparing and using the coating, the A/B components should be thoroughly stirred separately, and then stirred evenly before application. When conditions permit, it is recommended to first conduct a small sample for proportioning experiments.

      4. The construction method for conducting static electricity and anti-corrosion coatings can use processes such as ordinary spraying, high-pressure five gas spraying, and brushing. The trial period for coating construction is generally not more than four hours. When the temperature is high, the trial period will be shortened accordingly, and it should be used and prepared on site. When the previous coating reaches surface dryness, the next coating can be applied. After the construction is completed, the spray gun, feeding pipe, paint brush, etc. should be cleaned with solvent in a timely manner to avoid residual paint curing and affecting the next use.

      5. When the viscosity of the diluent coating is too high, it can be diluted with the special diluent produced by our company, and the amount should not exceed 5% of the coating amount.

      6. The recommended coating structure for anti-static and anti-corrosion coatings is a one coat or three coat structure, with a coating dosage of 0.8-1.0kg/㎡ and a total dry film thickness of 200-220um. A topcoat can be added to special weighted areas.
