　　Component A is prepared by dispersing and grinding epoxy resin, pigments and fillers, drying agents, and organic solvents. Component B is an amine curing agent. Iron red, iron gray, and zinc rich primers are suitable for covering metal surfaces, and they can also be used as a base for metal materials in coastal humid tropical climates.

　　Product Features:

　　It can dry at room temperature or be baked and cured;

　　The paint film is tough and durable, with strong adhesion;

　　The paint film is easy to polish and does not stick to sandpaper;

　　Good water resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance, and chemical resistance.

　　Construction reference:

　　Epoxy primer can be sprayed or brushed, and it needs to be thoroughly mixed before construction. It can be self dried at room temperature or dried at 60 ℃ for one hour;

　　Before painting, the substrate should be degreased and rust removed to the required grade;

　　This primer can be used in conjunction with alkyd, epoxy, chlorinated rubber, chlorosulfonate, acrylic, and polyurethane topcoats.

　　Proportion: Paint slurry (component A): curing agent (component B)=6:1 (weight ratio)

　　During the construction process, it is strictly prohibited to come into contact with substances such as water, oil, acid, alkali, etc;

　　If the spraying method is used for construction, the compressed air must undergo oil and water removal treatment;

　　The construction site must have good ventilation conditions and open flames are strictly prohibited;

　　The product has a storage period of one year from the date of production, subject to compliance with storage and transportation conditions. It can still be used after expiration and passing inspection.
