1. It is a two-component room temperature curing coating that integrates water resistance, oil resistance, and electrostatic conductivity. This coating has the characteristics of low curing temperature, strong adhesion, water resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, excellent oil resistance, and good electrostatic conductivity. Long term use of electrostatic additives does not cause leakage, the coating performance is stable, there is no peeling or foaming, and there is no pollution to the oil.
2. It can be used for the inner wall of finished oil storage tanks (especially aviation kerosene) in refineries and oil stations, and can be used for media such as crude oil and sewage.
3. Coatings are divided into primer and curing agent, with primer component A weighing 24kg and curing agent component B weighing 4kg
Construction instructions:
1. Surface treatment, anti-static anti-corrosion coating requires surface sandblasting treatment, and the rust removal grade should reach Sa2 level specified in GB/T8923. The treated surface should be coated with primer within 24 hours.
2. Construction environment: It is strictly prohibited to mix water, sand, gravel, cotton yarn and other foreign objects into the paint during construction; In case of sandstorms, rain, snow, and heavy fog, construction should be stopped to ensure the quality of the coating.
3. Paint preparation: Before use, the A and B components should be thoroughly stirred separately, and then stirred evenly before application. When conditions permit, it is recommended to first conduct a small sample for ratio testing.
4. The construction method and anti-static anti-corrosion coating can use ordinary spraying, high-pressure airless spraying, brushing and other processes. The trial period for coating construction is generally not more than four hours. When the temperature is high, the trial period will be shortened accordingly, and it should be used and prepared on site. When the previous coating reaches surface dryness, the next coating can be applied. After the construction is completed, the spray gun, feeding pipe, paint brush, etc. should be cleaned with solvent in a timely manner to avoid residual paint curing and affecting the next use.
5. Diluents. When the viscosity of the coating is too high, our company's specialized diluent can be used for dilution, and the amount should not exceed 5% of the coating amount
6. Coating structure: It is recommended to use a one coat and three coat structure for conductive and anti-corrosion coatings. The coating dosage is 0.8-1.0kg/㎡, and the total dry film thickness of the coating is 200-220um. A topcoat can be added for special weighted areas.
Maintenance time:
After retesting by the National Standard Management Group of the Oil Tank Static Conductive Coating Testing Specification, all physical and chemical indicators of the modified coating meet the specifications of the National Standard for Jet Fuel No. 2 (GB1788).
