Suggested number of pipelines to be painted: anti-corrosion coating layer for the outer wall or joint of the pipeline (1), two cloth and three paint coating layer (ordinary anti-corrosion structure), and two layers of glass cloth wrapped between the coatings

Painting sequence: Primer - Topcoat - Glass Cloth - Topcoat - Glass Wall - Topcoat with a total thickness of 500-800um. 2. Anti corrosion coating on the inner wall of the pipeline, surface treatment, and coating of steel with oxide skin should reach a thickness of 310um or above. Steel: sandblasted to Sa2.5 level or manually derusted to St3 level. Base material temperature: oxygen free steel; Sandblasting treatment to Sa2.5 level; Or use pneumatic or electric elastic grinding wheels to polish to St3 coated workshop.

Primer steel: The damaged, corroded, and white areas of the paint film must undergo secondary rust removal and be polished to St3. The substrate temperature must be 3 ℃ above the dew point.
