　　Construction Requirements

　　1. The main agent and curing agent must be uniformly mixed in the prescribed ratio, and the main agent should be stirred evenly before use.

　　2. Mixing ratio: main agent: curing agent: diluent=3:1 appropriate amount (10-25%)

　　3. After mixing the main agent and curing agent at 25 ℃ for 42 hours, they must be used up within the available time.

　　4. Moisture, grease, dust, and other attachments on the coated surface should be cleaned thoroughly.

　　5. When diluting, a specialized diluent should be used immediately.

　　6. The curing agent reacts with moisture in the air to produce bubbles and gelatinization, so the bucket lid must be tightly closed to prevent contact with moisture in the air.

　　7. A single spray thickness exceeding 50um is prone to generating bubbles. Effective control should be implemented during construction, and the paint should not come into contact with water, acid, or substances to avoid affecting product quality and premature gelation.

　　8. Painting methods: brushing, spraying, electrostatic spraying.

　　9. Coating time: 6 hours less, 5 days more (25 ℃), wet film 25 minutes.

　　10. Theoretical coating amount: ≤ 100/m2, 9.0m2/L-10m2/L
