　　1、 Product features: This product is composed of two components, A and B. Component A is formulated with alkyl silicate, zinc powder, anti rust pigment, and additives. Component B is a curing agent, which belongs to the self curing primer category. The paint film has good adhesion, fast drying, strong rust prevention performance, cathodic protection effect, and good heat resistance, cutting and welding performance. It has good matching performance with other paints.

　　2、 Application scope: Suitable for use as workshop primer on steel surfaces, and can also be used as anti rust primer for steel components in port terminals.

　　3、 Technical requirements:

　　1. Color: Zinc Grey, Iron Red, Flat Light

　　2. Flash point 13 ℃

　　3. Mixing ratio for workshop primer: Component A: Component B=2.53:1

　　Component A for anti rust primer: Component B=2.75:1

　　4. Applicable period: 25 ℃ ≥ 6 hours

　　5. Theoretical dosage for workshop primer is about 100 g/m2

　　Apply anti rust primer at a concentration of approximately 240-360 g/m2

　　6. Dry film thickness for workshop primer is about 20 microns

　　Make anti rust primer about 20-60 microns

　　7. Drying time 25 ℃ surface drying ≤ 5 minutes actual drying ≤ 1 hour

　　8. Diluents and tools for cleaning inorganic zinc silicate paint diluents

　　9. The rear coat is equipped with epoxy series coatings, chlorinated rubber series coatings, alkyd series coatings, acrylic coatings, polyurethane coatings, asphalt coatings, and chlorosulfonated series coatings
