Product use: Used as a sealing primer on the surface of substrates such as concrete, wood, terrazzo, steel, etc.

Main features:

Supporting paints: Subsequent supporting paints include epoxy coatings, chlorinated rubber coatings, acrylic coatings, polyurethane coatings, chlorosulfonated polyethylene coatings, high chlorinated polyethylene coatings, interpenetrating network coatings, polysiloxane coatings, fluororesin coatings, phenolic coatings, and other intermediate or topcoats.

Surface treatment: Sandblasting rust removal surface reaches Sa2.5 level or mechanical rust removal surface reaches ST3 level, with a surface roughness of 30-70 microns.

Diluent: X-17 special diluent

Dilution rate: 30-50% (based on paint weight)

Nozzle diameter: approximately 1.8-2.5mm

Spray pressure: 0.3-0.5Mpa
