　　The two-component primer is prepared by advanced technology using inorganic zinc rich additives such as quick drying agents, rust stabilizers, penetrants, and additives. It has good cathodic protection effect, hard paint film, good weather resistance, excellent anti-corrosion performance, and allows residual 5-10% rust. It can withstand high temperatures up to 400 ℃.

　　Surface Treatment

　　Construction with dust-free, grease free, and dry surfaces. For new steel, surface cleanliness treatment to Sal or St2 level is sufficient for direct coating. For other construction surfaces, it is required to be clean and dry, free of grease, dust, and other dirt, remove loose rust layers, oxide scales, and old paint films, and ensure that the surface cleanliness meets the St2 standard. The cleaning method can be manual machinery or high-pressure water flushing. The construction temperature should be above 5 ℃. If construction is carried out on the surface of old paint, the old paint surface should be roughened.

　　Health and Safety:

　　Recommended use: anti-corrosion primer for steel structure rooms, chemical facilities, petroleum facilities, boilers, etc. It can also be used as a heat-resistant anti-corrosion primer.

　　Remarks:

　　1. When using this primer, the base material must be stirred evenly, and attention should be paid to stirring during the construction process to prevent uneven powder. The construction time limit is ≤ 4 hours.

　　2. Theoretical coating area: refers to the consumption of anti-corrosion paint without considering the influence of actual coating environment, coating method, coating technology, surface shape and structure, shape, surface area size, etc.

　　3. The actual drying time of paint film is generally related to air flow, temperature, film thickness, and coating number, and is affected by these factors. Therefore, attention should be paid to these factors during construction.

　　4. Special diluent cleaning.

　　5. After the topcoat coating is completed, it must be naturally cured for 7 days before it can be put into use. If the ambient temperature is below 10 ℃, the natural curing time should be extended accordingly.
