Description :

　　Composition and performance:

　　This paint is a two-component ambient temperature cured epoxy coating composed of epoxy resin, flake like mica iron oxide ash rust inhibitor additives, and curing agents. The paint film has good adhesion, flexibility, water resistance, and rust prevention performance.

　　Purpose:

　　This paint is suitable for use on steel surfaces that are resistant to moisture and corrosion. As a high-performance anti rust primer and protective primer film (such as epoxy zinc rich primer, inorganic zinc rich primer), it can increase the protective performance of the entire coating.

　　Color: Grey

　　Flash point: about 27%

　　Drying time: 25 ℃, relative humidity 65%, surface drying ≤ 2 hours, dry for 24 hours, fully cured for 7 days

　　Painting matching and construction:

　　1. The previous matching primer includes epoxy zinc rich primer, etc.

　　2. The subsequent matching topcoat includes epoxy asphalt topcoat, epoxy topcoat, chlorinated rubber topcoat, etc.

　　3. Before painting, mix and stir the two components A and B of the paint according to the specified ratio, and let them mature for half an hour before starting the painting process.

　　4. Main paint (component A): curing agent (component B)=6:1, this paint is suitable for use at 25 ℃ for 8 hours after preparation

　　5. This paint can be applied using methods such as brushing, rolling, and high-pressure airless spraying.

　　6. Adjust the viscosity with epoxy specific diluent according to the selected construction method.

　　7. Precautions: If the construction temperature is below 10 ℃, the curing reaction will be delayed.
