　　Performance and Usage:

　　1. Cold glue thermal insulation primer has replaced traditional red lead anti rust paint, and rust inhibitors, anti rust materials, and thermal insulation fillers have been added to the primer.

　　2. Cold glue insulation intermediate paint has good adhesion between the bottom and surface, while enhancing the anti-corrosion effect.

　　3. Cold glue insulation topcoat is applied to the surface layer to provide insulation, anti-corrosion, reflection, and can replace spraying, with high-performance anti-corrosion effect.

　　Construction technology:

　　1. Steel structural components and non-metallic surfaces can be coated with rust, oil, dust, etc.

　　2. Brushing, spraying, and rolling coating methods can be used.

　　3. When used on old equipment, it is necessary to remove loose and detached old paint skin, rust layer, dust, oil stains, etc., and use a polishing machine or wire brush to polish with sandpaper. The intact old paint skin can be retained for painting.

　　4. For severely corroded steel surfaces, 70-T rust coating or 88-1 degreasing and phosphating solution can be applied for one coat. After 24 hours of drying, the coating can be carried out.

　　5. The interval between painting is 24 hours after brushing the primer, followed by applying intermediate paint, topcoat, etc. Each coat of paint should be spaced 24 hours apart.

　　6. During construction, attention should be paid to preventing rain, and surfaces with dew should not be painted. Store in a fireproof, ventilated, breathable and dry place
