　　Composition characteristics:

　　This paint is a two-component heavy-duty anti-corrosion primer composed of zinc powder, A component epoxy resin as the base material, and ultrafine zinc powder and epoxy resin as one component (A). The curing agent is B component, and polyamide resin is used as the curing agent. It has the characteristics of drying at room temperature and not easily precipitating zinc powder.

　　Functionality and purpose:

　　The zinc powder content in the paint film is relatively high, which has cathodic protection effect, good adhesion, excellent water resistance, and rust prevention performance. It also has the characteristics of fast drying of paint film and oil resistance, and can be matched with most anti rust paints and topcoats. The thickness of the paint film should be controlled at around 20 microns without affecting the welding performance. This paint can be used as a maintenance primer for steel plates after shot blasting and sandblasting treatment in various parts of shipbuilding and bridges, and as an anti-corrosion coating on the surface of steel structures.

　　Painting matching and construction:

　　1. Before painting, first mix and stir the components A and B of the paint according to the specified ratio, and let them mature for half an hour before painting construction can begin.

　　Paint component A: component B=10:1, with a usage period of 8 hours at 25 ℃ after preparation.

　　2. The paint can be applied using methods such as brushing, rolling, and high-pressure airless spraying.

　　3. Usage parameters: As a maintenance primer, 80 grams per square meter, with a dry film thickness of 20 microns. As an anti rust paint, it has a surface area of approximately 270/㎡ and a dry film thickness of 70 microns.

　　4. Diluent: Epoxy diluent.

　　5. Metal surface treatment: In order to protect metal objects, steel surfaces need to be treated with shot blasting or sandblasting methods to remove oxide scale, rust and oil stains, etc., and can only be coated after reaching the Swedish rust removal standard Sa2.5 level.

　　6. Rear supporting coatings: epoxy mica iron thick paste primer, epoxy asphalt series coating, chlorinated rubber coating.

　　7. The fixed line response is slow when the construction environment is below 10 ℃.
