      Catalytic combustion is a purification method that uses catalysts to oxidize and decompose combustible substances in exhaust gas at lower temperatures. So, catalytic combustion is also known as catalytic chemical conversion. Due to the acceleration of the oxidation decomposition process by the catalyst, most hydrocarbons can be completely oxidized by the catalyst at temperatures of 300-450 ℃.

      Compared with the thermal combustion method, catalytic combustion requires less auxiliary fuel, consumes less energy, and has smaller equipment and facilities. However, the promotion and application of this method in industrial production processes have been affected by issues such as catalyst poisoning, replacement of catalytic beds, and high cleaning costs.

      The deodorization equipment is composed of a circular tower body connected in sections by flanges. The specific structure consists of an inlet section, a pressure chamber, a bubble tank, a two-stage spray section, a swirl plate, and an outlet cone cap. Its characteristics are: easy production, convenient installation and maintenance, high strength, and small footprint. The exhaust gas is pressed into the inner cylinder of the purification tower by a fan to form a pressure chamber, and then distributed to each bubble tube through the pressure chamber. The exhaust gas enters the absorption and neutralization liquid in the storage tank through bubbles, generating bubbles to fully contact the gas-liquid and improve the purification efficiency. Then it enters the spray layer, which uses double-layer packing and two-stage spraying to ensure full contact between gas and liquid and improve purification efficiency. This tower can be equipped with a fiberglass centrifugal fan and a plastic or stainless steel water pump. When the air volume is above 10000 cubic meters, using two water pumps can meet the design requirements.
