      Catalytic combustion is a purification method that uses catalysts to oxidize and decompose combustible substances in exhaust gas at lower temperatures. So, catalytic combustion is also known as catalytic chemical conversion. Due to the acceleration of the oxidation decomposition process by the catalyst, most hydrocarbons can be completely oxidized by the catalyst at temperatures of 300-450 ℃.

      Compared with the thermal combustion method, catalytic combustion requires less auxiliary fuel, consumes less energy, and has smaller equipment and facilities. However, the promotion and application of this method in industrial production processes have been affected by issues such as catalyst poisoning, replacement of catalytic beds, and high cleaning costs.

      The main features of RCO type exhaust gas treatment catalytic combustion equipment and high-temperature air combustion technology are:

      1. Adopting a high-temperature air flue gas waste heat recovery device, alternately switching between air and flue gas to flow through a thermal storage body, can largely recover the sensible heat of high-temperature flue gas, thus achieving waste heat recovery;

      2. Preheat the combustion air to a temperature level of over 1000 ℃ to form a new type of flame that is distinct from traditional flames such as diffusion flames and premixed flames, creating an excellent uniform temperature distribution inside the furnace;

      3. By organizing combustion in a lean oxygen state, the significant generation of high-temperature thermal nitrogen oxides (NOx) under normal conditions is avoided. Therefore, this technology has generated significant economic and social benefits in practical applications.

      working principle

      The main structure of this product consists of a catalytic combustion device host, a boiler induced draft fan, and an electrical control cabinet. The main unit of the catalytic combustion device consists of a heat exchanger, preheating chamber, catalytic bed, group or filter, and explosion-proof device as a whole structure. The flame retardant filter (dust) is located on the intake duct, and the riot control device is on the top of the main unit.
