      Catalytic combustion is a purification method that uses catalysts to oxidize and decompose combustible substances in exhaust gas at lower temperatures. So, catalytic combustion is also known as catalytic chemical conversion. Due to the acceleration of the oxidation decomposition process by the catalyst, most hydrocarbons can be completely oxidized by the catalyst at temperatures of 300-450 ℃.

      Compared with the thermal combustion method, catalytic combustion requires less auxiliary fuel, consumes less energy, and has smaller equipment and facilities. However, the promotion and application of this method in industrial production processes have been affected by issues such as catalyst poisoning, replacement of catalytic beds, and high cleaning costs.

      working principle

      The main structure of this product consists of a catalytic combustion device host, a boiler induced draft fan, and an electrical control cabinet. The main unit of the catalytic combustion device consists of a heat exchanger, preheating chamber, catalytic bed, group or filter, and explosion-proof device as a whole structure. The flame retardant filter (dust) is located on the intake duct, and the riot control device is on the top of the main unit.

      Purification equipment

      The combustion method is very effective in treating high concentrations of VOC and odorous compounds. Its principle is to burn these impurities with excess air, most of which generate carbon dioxide and water vapor, which can be emitted into the atmosphere. However, when dealing with organic compounds containing chlorine and sulfur, the combustion products of HCl or SO2 require further treatment of the post combustion gases.
