      4. Prevent condensation

      To prevent condensation, it is necessary to maintain the temperature of the gas in the dust collector and its system at 25-35 ℃ above its dew point (such as the dew point temperature of 58 ℃ for kiln mill integrated machines, and the operating temperature should be above 90 ℃), in order to ensure the good use effect of the filter bag.

      The use of boiler electric bag composite dust collectors on coal-fired boilers in power plants in China must also consider the characteristics of the flue gas in Chinese power plants:

      (1) Foreign power plants have very strict control over the types of coal used, while in China, the types of coal used in power plants fluctuate greatly. Different types of coal not only have different combustion values, but also have different ash content, impurity composition, and sulfur content. This causes fluctuations in the temperature, smoke content, and composition of the flue gas, posing great difficulties for the operation and management of bag filters.

      (2) The flue gas temperature of the power plant fluctuates within the range of 120-170 ℃. In order to improve the thermal efficiency of boilers, most power plants have a normal flue gas temperature of around 130-150 ℃, which may be slightly lower than 130 ℃ or higher than 150 ℃ under special circumstances during operation. This temperature is at the acid point for coal with moderate to high sulfur content, and it is highly susceptible to damage to the filter bag due to acid condensation corrosion.

      (3) During the ignition stage of the boiler, it is necessary to inject fuel to assist combustion. Often, due to poor fuel atomization and incomplete combustion, a large amount of oil mist adheres to the filter bag, resulting in high resistance of the filter bag.

      (4) Abnormal flue gas may occur due to boiler equipment malfunction. For example, in the event of a pipe explosion accident, a large amount of water vapor is generated, causing condensation on the cloth bag, or a malfunction of the air preheater leads to excessive flue gas temperature.
