This results in dust not being loose but sticking to the filter bag, blocking the fabric holes and causing dust removal failure. This leads to excessive pressure drop in the dust collector, making it unable to continue operating, and some bags may become stuck and unable to remove dust.

　　To prevent condensation, it is necessary to maintain the temperature of the gas in the dust collector and its system at 25-35 ℃ above its dew point (such as the dew point temperature of 58 ℃ for kiln mill integrated machines, and the operating temperature should be above 90 ℃), in order to ensure the good use effect of the filter bag.

　　The initial investment of boiler electrostatic precipitator is large, but it is easy to maintain.

　　An electrostatic precipitator is a device that uses strong electric field corona discharge to ionize gas, charge dust particles, and separate them from the airflow under the action of Coulomb force. The characteristics of an electrostatic precipitator are high dust removal efficiency, the ability to handle high-temperature gases, low resistance, and low operating costs. However, it requires high steel consumption, high cost, and high technical requirements.

　　The filter type dust removal device includes a bag filter and a particle layer dust collector. The former usually uses filter bags made of organic fibers or inorganic fiber fabrics as the filter layer, while the latter's filter layer is mostly composed of particles of different sizes, such as quartz sand, river sand, ceramic particles, slag, etc. As the powder repeatedly adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag, the powder layer continues to thicken, and the resistance value of the bag filter also increases accordingly; The pulse valve diaphragm sends a command, and when the left and right sides are submerged, the pulse valve opens, and the compressed air in the high-pressure air bag is opened. If there is no dust or it is small enough, the mechanical dust cleaning work will stop working.
